Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea – The Acting Secretary of the Department of Works and Highways (DoWH), Gibson Holber, has outlined several pivotal initiatives aimed at transforming the country’s infrastructure landscape, focusing on transparency, road management, and future economic growth.
